A previous study has shown that Cetrimonium bromide a slight cytotoxicity to head and neck cancer cells due the presence of cationic quaternary amine group in this molecule affects function mitochondria.The same also found increased when combined with gamma radiation could be used treat mice vivo tumor model.In current study, an vitro photochemical reaction between chloride tyrosine was investigated order understand molecular mechanism observations data. I react upon simulated solar irradiation produce imine Schiff base which turned into cyano-tyrosine melanin polymer.It is possible mentioned earlier, together destroyed residues some cellular proteins chemically, as result, phosphorylation inhibited slowed growth tumor.
